  • Beginner's friendly

    The first 4 days will cover the basics and then we will pick up the pace a little after that. Students will be encouraged to take before and after photos in certain yoga poses to see their progress. 

  • 15 minutes a day

    This course will offer you 14 short practice videos no longer than 20 minutes each to keep you motivated. You will learn the basic yoga postures, sun salutations and short breathing and relaxation techniques. 

  • Home Practice

    back friendly, alignment based yoga poses. Students completing this course will have all the tools to continue their home practice independently.
